dpreview have stopped email notifications??

i have stopped receiving notifications all of a sudden!

also i have contacted dpreview 6 weeks ago and had no reply.

i had forgotten my password and username and struggled to create anotherone because they kept telling me email account is either registered or username already in use?? what the fxxx !!!???

useless website, will be looking for new forum site tomorrow when i come home from work.
