New FL-600R flash doesn't work with E-M5

eneloop batteries are a terrible idea they only provide an mAh rating of 2000 and 1.2v they advertise falsely that the batteries perform like 2500mAh due to the high voltage but the voltage is the same as any other NiMH battery. All cameras and camera equipment normally require rechargeable batteries to have a minimum of 2300mAh or higher with AA batteries or they will die very fast.
