New FL-600R flash doesn't work with E-M5

Hi guys,

Thank you so much for your help.

1. I load the batts into the flash according to the manual says.
2. I put the flash in the hot shoe.
3. I turn on the camera.

4. I turn on the flash and both lights are blinking. I never can shot a single shot.
5. I tried to reset presing OK and BACKLIGHT at the same time for 2 secs.

6. I tried to use many types of batteries and it's always the same. (NiMH, Alakaline, etc...)

I don't have any other flash. The only thing I have is the FL-LM2 flash that comes with the camera and three batteries for my E-M5. How many shots can I take using this flash and one BLN-1 battery?
