Huh?? To keep it alive for another year or two? You are obviously not up to date - they sell everything they make several months in advance, they are finishing a new factory and are financially very healthy since release of M9 which was a huge success ( and still is )...
Overpriced? Probably. Great camera & lenses? Oh yes!
