Ordered D800E from B&H feb 9th. Still waiting

Ordered D800E from B&H back in Feb 9th. Full cost taken from my Credit Card because I am resident outside the US. Still waiting. Please post here if you have received your D800E stating when you ordered and when you received your camera or even confirmation of delivery date. I have tried everything to get some indication of delivery timeframe from B&H. I assume my 4k dollars is sitting in their bank all this time. Just how much cash is sitting in their bank from frustrated customers who cannot get any helpful information to ease the frustration.
