OM D Autofocus during Video
I've had the OM D with the 12-50 kit lens for a few weeks now. I keep finding during video that the lens hunts for focus in the middle of clips. It's definitely happens more frequently then with my GH2 camera.
I realize switching to manual focus would eliminate that, so I programed one of the buttons for af/mf. It works fine with still photography, but doesn't switch to mf in video. I'd prefer to autofocus, then switch to manual and start the video. This is easy to do on the GH2, with the switch on the outside of the camera. But I haven't come up with a quick way to do this on the Olympus. I know holding the shutter half way will lock focus, but I was wondering if others have run into the same thing and come up with a work flow for shooting video.
