Skin tone looks good on my monitor, try calibrating yours.....

There is a yellowish overcast on the subjects' skin. I wonder if the camera color calibration could make them look less like hepatitis patients.
I like the composition, except the guy should smile less. It makes him look too obviously posing for the camera.
