well I have bought a Tokina 70-210 RMC f3.5 constant manual focus zoom very cheap (im waiting to be delivered) but if you have more or less 120 euros and dont mind a manual focus zoom (buy the ones with a single mechanism for focus and zooming at the same time since it will be much faster to do) you have the best zooms

tamron adaptall SP 80-200 f2.8 (expensive)
tamron adaptall 70-210 f3.8-4 (the best of the cheap adaptall zooms)
tamron adaptall SP 70-210 f3.5 (good one and about 120 euros)

tamron adaptall SP 35-210 f3.5-4.2 (good reach and good mtf charts for such extension

vivitar FD 70-210 f3.5 (tokina version like my own the 2nd version)
vivitar FD 70-210 f2.8-4 (komine version that is the best wide open)

Canon FD 80-200 f4 L (expensive)

Sigma 75-200 f2.8-3.5 (good specially if you can find an autofocus one)

recommend the adaptall lens specially the constant f3.5 because you can mount it in other mounts without loosing focus and the
