Sorry not to have seen this and replied sooner, as your first post was 10 days ago. I quickly skimmed the replies and didn't see any that mentioned what I consider the most important factor in a paid gig: a backup plan. Being paid implies people are relying on you, and you want to be able to deal with the situation if some piece of important equipment fails. You should have at least two of everything critical: camera, lens, batteries, for example. Some of the items on your list aren't critical to shooting fireworks, and you can get by without a backup of them, e. g., the flash and the telephoto, for example. But you should at least try to borrow an extra body and lens, so that you can still deliver results in case, for example, someone knocks your tripod over and breaks your camera, or the D200 just mysteriously obeys Murphy's law and stops working temporarily.
