Lens help for D800

I could use some help choosing lenses for a new D800. I am upgrading from my D90

I already own the 70-200VR 2.8 and will keep this lens

I have Nikon 18-200DX VR, and Sigma EX 10-20 both of which I was thinking of selling as they are for DX.

I also own the F1.4G Nikon 50mm. I could keep or sell, not sure, especially with what I read of the 24-70 F2.8 not sure I'll need the prime if I get that lens.

I am an avid enthusiast, and most of the time would like a good midrange zoom, but also enjoy wide angle/fisheye work.

Assume price is not as important as quality. I would pay for better glass but if its not worth it for a non-pro, Im happy to pay less too.
