T4i vs T3i opinions

Hi
Just received the T3i for Fathers Day .... I have 14 days to return to the store .... The T4i is a $300. Upgrade in Canada .... This is my first DLSR .... Just wondering if. I should bite the bullet and upgrade ..... Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks
