E-PL3 underwater : help! what am i doing wrong?

Please, experienced E-PL3 users, help me!

It has been several times now that i have been underwater to try to pictures sea life and it happens that the camera won't take a clear picture : it is always blured!
I have the 14-42 kit lens, and i set the is off
please i need advices as i missed "easy to take" pictures
