What are you talking about? How is taking a photo with your own camera of an event being held in public 'hitching a free ride'? Do you think the IOC/LOCOG have a moral right to control images, and if so, why? Is the Olympics not 'for the people' of the world? They already commercialise it enough as it is, surely...

Besides, although others were talking about making money from the photography, all I was asking about was if I could publish the photos on Wikipedia!
