photography in grenada

i will be holidaying in grenada for a week at the beginning of july and will be keen to explore the photographic possibilities there. will take my usual travel kit of nikon d300, 17-50 vc, 70-300mm vr and fisheye.
i'd be grateful for any hints and tips anyone has to offer about photo opportunites on grenada. my only real matter of concern is the effect of humidity on my gear if we visit the central jungle area. how bad is this at the this time of year, am i likely to need to take any special precuations?
