Need your opinion for contest. Should I submit the Vertical or Horizontal Version?

I was wondering about the slight tilt of the horizon and was not sure if I should mess with it. Two people have pointed it out so hmmmm...
I am notorious for uneven horizons. They should be my trademark:)

I am leaning towards submitting the horizontal image. I apologize for the ugly watermark. I recently found some of my images on a few websites, ads and publications. I decided that if they are going to steal my work, then they will have to use my name or work a little bit to remove it. I hate to get involved in the legal aspect of it..but I should.
