LX5 ok as a point and shoot?

I do love my LX5 for its ability to do point and shoot in IA mode. Suprises me sometimes. And I do love the EVF - it was one reason I bought this version, even though I owned (and still own) the LX3.

Try it at night or in buildings without flash - you'll be amazed at what it can get. And get into manual exposure - it's easy to get good results with a little practice. (hint - take a pic in IA mode, read the settings and try them in manual mode - then try pushing the shutter speed or f-stop settings to get a different result).
