Book for Lightroom 4

I am upgrading from Lightroom 3 to 4, but I need to understand and use Lightroom more efficiently. The online tutorials are fine but I have a tendency to forget what I learned. I would like instructions and diagrams on paper so that I can refer to them from time to time.
