Simple question on EM-5 using EVF to view pictures

Hi, just have my silver EM-5 since one week. Looks promising. Will post some pictures soon.
Questions:

1. I would like to be able to view my pictures through the EVF. When the picture is on the LCD and I look through the EVF, it automatically switches to Live view. When I am looking through the EVF and push on "Play", the image switches to the LCD. Any tip?

2. When I am viewing pictures: I would like to have a view on which I see the picture in full size on the LCD (or EVF) but with settings like shutter speed and diaphragm appearing at the same time. Now this is only possible in combination with a small size picture.Is this possible? How?
