Yes. Well, better than a 60D with Magic Lantern -- can't speak from experience re the T3i plus ML. That said, ML is a pretty awesome hack, and does some really cool stuff that I wish the A57 could do (like intervalometer for time-lapse photography and live audio level monitoring).
