Feedback requested from Nikon 1 users

Only problem I have with the 1 series is the lack of separation between foreground and background due to sensor size. I have a J1 and it's excellent for what it is, a high spec compact, but wouldn't want it (or a V1) as my only camera system. Think the Nex are a better all round option, that APS-C sensor gives a little more separation.
