help for repair

On image below as is shown somehow inner thin glass plate is broken, I can focus manually, when viewfinder is on eye is a bit harder but is possible to frame and focus, AF work normally, metering seems ok, just somehow cover glass is broken.

can anyone tell me how this peace of glass are named, is that possible to find on ebay etc. and is that user replaceable?

Is weird that camera was in padded bag, but my 3year old daughter is prime suspect as well known capability to broke things on unique ways.
