As I have already pointed out twice in this thread: Yes, all NR is off. If you have the slightest familiarity with ACR/LR, you can see that without even having to ask. With chroma NR at default, you see hardly any chroma noise at all even at quite high ISOs.

There is a strange grid like pattern in the first image (and the second?), I know this one in a more distinct variant from raw converters that run their first quick pass before finishing the rendering/demosaicing of an image.

I don't know what you mean by "strange grid like pattern" nor what you mean by "the first image".
