A65 draining battery not off!

Hi,
The battery and charger are Sony original.
It wasn't happening until couple of weeks ago.

I swith the camera off from ON/Off button. The camera is updated to the latest software. Also GPS is not ON. It started to freeze a month ago but not anymore. I did a factory reset then and I think it started soon after that.
