It's too bad the Aperture RAW converter doesn't get the right white balance straight from the RAW file, but if the auto white balance fixes it easily, then the issue is probably moot.

I installed Aperture 3.3 and tried working with the white balance. Could not get close to the jpg or Lightroom. In the meantime, I contacted Apple and send the raw file and jpg to their engineers. Hope to hear back in a day or so.
