Epson R2880 & borderless printing

Guys, I'm desperate to get some help in regards to borderless printing.

I have owned my printer for a couple of weeks now and cannot get it to print borderless no matter what I try. I have contacted Epson for help, but they just say to upgrade the printer driver, which I have done, but that didn't help at all.

It doesn't matter profiles I try or which settings I use, I always end up with a white gap on the top and bottom of my photo.

I have read many posts on many different forums in regards to this, nothing seems to work.

This is driving me crazy. Any advice and tips would be So gratefull for.
