New Pocketwizard question

I've been watching some of the Pocket Wizard videos by Mark Wallace.

I understand how the zone controller works but am not sure about which speedlites it will drive. I like how you can control the power from the camera for three zones.

I shoot with a Canon 5dmk2.
I have two Canon 580EX (not 580EXII) and four Nikon SB80 speedlites.

Can I control power manually on all these speedlites with the zone controller?

Can I control the Canon 580EX with the zone controller & ETTL?
