How to make Light Room 4 recognize my B drive

Hi, I am trying out LR4 now and having a hard time getting it to look for the B drive on my computer, which is my special hard drive I use for all my photographs. I have multiple drives and for some reason I created this B drive for my photos after setting up Win 7. So far, I like the way Bridge works better since I do not need the catalog function of LR to find my photos.
