FF users, let us suppose that...

That question is for full frame users (A850-A900).

Let us suppose that the A900/850 is the last A-mount camera with an optical viewfinder - ever. I am not sure about it (nobody here knows), but let us just suppose so.

Let us also suppose that you do not like the A77/Nex 7 EVF. Let us suppose that you have tried it extensively and you do not like it for your shooting style. This does not have to be a criticism of the EVF, it simply cannot please everybody. So let us suppose that it has to be an OVF for you, at least in the present form of the EVF.

What do you do?

Change brands? If so how and for which camera and lenses?

Stay put with the A900 in the hope that the next generation of EVF (in 3 years) or the one after that (in 6 years) will be better?

Stay put with the A900 and start to hoard them in case yours breaks and cannot be repaired?

Do something else?
