Two questions on ZS19/20

Just breaking in a new ZS19 and have two questions I can't seem to find the answer to. First, do those who are owners of this model usually dial in -1/3 exposure comp? I do this on my LX5 but didn't know if it was applicable on this camera.

Secondly, I've seen photos posted of moon shots that look pretty good. Anyone have luck shooting the moon? If so, what are you settings? This is one thing I've missed doing since selling off my DSLR system.

Otherwise, I am really liking this camera!
