Need Help with D800 Controls

Now this is embarrasing, but I need some help here.

New D800 and I can't find two obvious settings:

1) How do I get an automatic image preview immediately after taking a shot.

2) How do I switch the multiselector dial to change review display options with a left/right rather than an up/down selection

Otherwise everything is great with the D800. BTW, I ordered my D800 in early March from Newegg. Then week ago I called my local camera store and they said they would put me on their list. One week later (yesterday) they give me a call and sold me a D800 (of course on the same day Newegg finally emailed me that my camera had arrived). I bought from the local store.
