With the requirement of viewfinder dropped, Olympus Tough TG-1 looks like a match. Definitely the one with by far the highest chance to live through a year of use in various conditions. The only deficiency is IQ at low light, but with f/2.0 at the wide end (made for underwater photography) even that is not as bad as other compacts. And JPEGs are Oly, i.e. no need to process a million RAW shots after a year to get good colors etc.

If you would rather drop sturdiness for better IQ (especially in low light), Sony RX100 will give you that, about 2 stops of advantage. Although it starts at 28 mm, vs 25 mm for TG-1.
