Changes everyone agrees on?

I know that most suggestions for changes to the way challenges are run spark arguments for and against, but is there a list of changes that have pretty much universal agreement? For example:

1. Disable voting on thumbnail images alone.

2. If DPR is going to keep a voting system with "positive" and "negative" votes, then re-label the voting system something different from 1-5 stars, to avoid the common misunderstanding that voting 0.5 stars is better than voting zero.

That sort of thing...
