Which picture does everyone like better?

I submitted the first one to the challenge, but I would have liked the second one better if there hadn't been so many people walking around it on Memorial day. Also couldn't go back at a similar time of day later in the week and try to get the same picture since the water had gone down by over a foot and was not moving nearly as fast.
