RX100's RAW Sizes can it be adjusted?

Can the raw sizes be adjusted for rx100? For a compact, only 10mp raw makes sense to be and once i process, i usually save the JPGs to 6mps. I use my ipad to backup a weekend's worth of photos and the smaller raw the better.

Whats the average size of a 20mp raw or a raw+jpeg setting?

20mp is just ridiculous. I dont even use 21mp on my 5dII except for wedding group shots.
