I agree 100%. I now have my 14-45 Lumix's OIS OFF as a default while still keeping the OIS on my 45-200 ON as a default. In most instances (daylight shots or well lit indoor ones), I tend to get better results whitout the OIS with this lens. With the telephoto, shooting at the equivalent of 400mm (for full-frame) means that you should keep the shutter speed ideally above 1/500 sec which may not easily be the case most of the time.
