I would exclude the "R sensor" here because the sensor converts a function of a continuous variable into a function of a discrete one. A different model is need for that. Also, the usual way of measuring resolution is the slanted edge one, which averages over many pixels and reduces to some extent the effect of the pixel size. In other words, think about the combined effect of the pixels size and the AA filter as one resolution parameter.
