suddenly slow cycle time with e-m5

I need some help

I was fooling around with various settings on my new E-M5 when suddenly the cycle time (shutter depressed to return of view and ability to shoot again) became 5-10 seconds. It would take 10 seconds to take a "burst" on continuous frame.
I reset to "basic" but no change.
I obviously changed something but darned if I know what.
Using a SanDisk extreme card.
Any ideas what to do?
