There is no such thing as a micro four-thirds camera with a retractable lens like you see on compact cameras. The closest to this are the pancake prime lenses like the Panasonic 14 mm, Panasonic 20 mm and Olympus 17 mm, and the small Panasonic 14-42 X zoom. You would of course need a camera to put the lens on, and there are a lot of cameras both current and older that are smalle enough for a lab coat pocket. If you're looking for a current one, I would probably check out a Panasonic GX1 kit with the 14-42 X zoom.
