With a continuous light source, even a 40 W one, I would recommend getting high temperature gels from a theatrical supply house since the gels used for normal flash photography will melt if they get too hot.

The Rosco sample gels are also very small in size and are no longer free from Rosco. You can, however, get them relatively inexpensively from Adorama.
