Flash Slow Shutter Sync on XZ-1

Hi - just wondering if this is available. The specs on this site's review say yes, but I don't see the option in the manual. When the flash is set for "Fill In", will it sync with a slow shutter speed like 1/30 or 1/60?

My Olympus E-PL3 has the regular flash, red eye flash, second curtain flash, but 3 more settings - "slow" applied to each of these, meaning a slow shutter sync.

I would test it myself, but haven't bought the camera yet. Thanks for your help!
