What is it about the E-1?

That was a really close call. I actually put the E-1 onto eBay yesterday, went out with the E-330 this evening, which I still like BTW, but came home and immediately cancelled the E-1 auction. I just can’t let it go, even though I really can't afford to keep it.

I don't know what it is, the E-330 certainly has great colours and DR, and of course good detail. Perhaps it was the shock of needing to change the battery at 200 shots, or the slightly increased tendency to clip highlights (not serious though), or perhaps the racket the shutter makes.

Neither are perfect, but both get you in the heart somehow.
