I have as of yet to see any reasonable explanation as to why a lens would cause a focus error, other than distortions in the lens or mechanical play, that aren't the effects at all that are being witnessed.

You have seen lots of them. Your inability to comprehend them is not an argument against them being reasonable. Especially since you merely call them absurd and deny their existence, with absolutely no "rationale" behind your dismissal.

But, you go on, keep claiming there is a conspiracy from all lense manufacturers so that they can charge money for lense calibrations which cannot possibly have any effect what so ever. Laugh in the face of professional photographers who send their cameras and lenses in to be adjusted together for being such fools. Keep linking that photographer's opinion and whine about how no-one can be bothered to battle past your flailing refusal to accept any explanation.

It's no skin off my back if you do. In fact, you can be rather amusing when your whining hits fever pitch.
