Olympus 14-150 299 euros. Struggling to resist but what about IBIS on G3

I have a g3 and am looking for an all around travel sort of solution thing.

I have found the olympus 14-150mm lens for 299 euros (240 pounds) and by all accounts that seems very reasonable.

Firstly anyone got opinions on the lens itself? I have read a couple of reviews but never harms to get a couple of user opinions.

Is it a no go without the ibis?

Any other thoughts?
