Basic X-Pro 1 post processing/sharpening question

Until I got my X-Pro 1, I hadn't really tried any post processing of the photos that I got from my old P/S digital camera beyond cropping on occasion.

Now I'm heading up the learning curve. For now I'm just dealing with jpeg images in Aperture. What I am having a bit of a hard time with is getting a feel for how often I should apply post processing to photos, especially sharpening. I think I'm applying too heavy a hand, probably because this is all new to me, and I'm going through "new toy syndrome".

So with your X-Pro 1 post processing workflow, do you routinely add sharpening to all your photos? Most of them? A small percentage? And does that apply to any other post processing effects that you use?
