Retina Macbooks - risky choice?

Hey,

I'd like to buy a new retina macbook pro, but I have few concerns about it...

1. I've heared SSD drives are still pretty risky to use. I would be sad to wake up one day, 1,5 year from now and see my drive dead and my 1-year warranty expired
2. The same goes with the display.

3. The same goes with overheating (because it probably takes some energy to fuel quad processor and retina)

Would you take a risk and buy the new macbook? Or maybe you think there's no risk at all? Or maybe it's just better to stay with an updated NOretina macbook with it's "safe" hard drive and "safe" display?
