is this good basic starting lighting kit (180W STUDIO FLASH LIGHT KIT + STAND + UMBRE

Hi,

I am trying to learn the lighting in photography, and i need basic lighting kit that i can carry around with decent price so I was checking on ebay and i found below kit:
