Lens adapter for sony slt a57 to use other e- mount lenses

i am a hardcore photography fanatic and i am planning to buy a sony slt a57...

i liked the camera very much...but the only thing that matters me the most is the availability of lenses for the camera...

i've seen adapters that mount an alpha lens to an e-mount camera body...is there anything like that for the sony slt a57 to mount an e-mount lens?

i would like an adapter that mounts e-mount lenses, as my uncle has a lot of them that i can borrow....

please notify me about such an adapter or any other useful way by which i can do the same...
