Clayton, did you add noise in Post processing? ...just looks pretty noisey (in a nice way) for only 640 iso...

I didn't add any noise, but it was enhanced by accident (this will require some explanation!). I often use a PS plug-in called ALCE (Advanced Local Contrast Enhancer). It works on a very fine level and can increase contrast down at the noise level. Usually I set the default sharpening to 0 in ACR and add it back later because ALCE can enhance the noise more noticeably if some sharpening is already done. In this case I forgot to do it so the grain was enhanced. But I liked it and decided to keep it.

Also, for some reason the pictures are displayed with much greater contrast here in DPR, so the noise is emphasized even more. In PS they are not nearly so contrasty. In these renderings some places in the skin tones are almost posterized. They look much better than what is shown here (and they make beautiful prints).
