another example of what LR 4.1 can do with the E-M5 in RAW. A typical shot looking out of a window with the sun coming in. This uses default camera metering.

After putting highlights -100, shadows +100 I also put white +50 and black + 30 which gives back some of the feeling of brightness in the original scene without blowing the highlights and it's not too far off what I actually saw (no doubt it's possible to do even better with careful experimentation)

In conclusion, it will require a fairly extreme scene to require any sort of bracketing as the E-M5 deals with this sort of situation comfortably
