Weird light bleeds, Nex 7 + Zeiss 24mm

This is a weird event that happened to day when I was shooting. I noticed these 3 horizontal lines on some of my images. Its hard to duplicate, and the sun has to hit the lens at a certain angel for it to be seen.

Anyone know whats causing this? Sensor? or Lens?
